The Students' Representative Council (SRC) is the supreme student governing body at Takoradi Technical University. The SRC represents the interests of all students registered at the University and serves as the primary channel of communication between the student body and university management.
All students registered at TTU are automatic members of the SRC. The Council is governed by the SRC Constitution and operates in accordance with the University's Statutes.
Roles & Functions
Student Representation
Represent student interests at University Council, Academic Board and management meetings.
Advocacy
Advocate for the welfare, rights and academic interests of all students.
Events & Activities
Organise cultural, sporting and social events that enrich campus life.
Welfare Fund
Administer the SRC welfare fund to support students in financial difficulty.
Infrastructure
Liaise with management on improvements to campus facilities and student services.
Clubs & Associations
Register and coordinate student clubs and associations on campus.
