The Directorate of ICT Services provides the technological infrastructure that underpins teaching, learning, research and administration at TTU. It manages the university's networks, systems, software platforms and digital services.

Management of campus network, internet connectivity and server infrastructure.
Student & Staff Systems
Administration of student portal, email, LMS and enterprise systems.
IT Support & Helpdesk
Technical support for staff and students across all campuses.
Cybersecurity
Data protection, cybersecurity policy enforcement and incident response.
