Our Mandate

The Directorate of Finance is responsible for the prudent management of the university's financial resources. It provides financial planning, budgeting, accounting, and reporting services in accordance with public financial management laws and university statutes.

What We Do

Services & Functions

Budgeting & Financial Planning

Annual budget preparation, monitoring and variance analysis.

Accounts & Payroll

Management of payroll, staff emoluments and accounts payable/receivable.

Procurement

Public procurement in compliance with the Public Procurement Act.

Internal Audit

Internal audit reviews to ensure financial compliance and accountability.
