Takoradi Technical University, formerly Takoradi Polytechnic, has been served by a succession of capable and visionary leaders since its elevation to polytechnic status in 1993. Their collective contributions have shaped the institution into the technical university it is today.

TTU's first VC since conversion to Technical University status. Rev. Prof. Eshun has overseen significant infrastructure development, programme expansion and the deepening of industry partnerships.

2006 – 2017

Served as Rector of Takoradi Polytechnic for over a decade, presiding over significant expansion of academic programmes and facilities.
