Ing. Prof. Christian Kwaku Amuzuvi, holds a PhD from the University of Nottingham (UNotts) and an MSc in Electromechanical Engineering from the National Technical University (NTU), Ukraine. He is currently the Dean of the Faculty of Engineering and a Full Professor in the Department of Electrical and Electronic/Renewable Energy Engineering at the University of Mines and Technology (UMaT), Tarkwa.
His area of specialisation is Electrical Apparatus, with research interests in Wireless Communication and Renewable Energy Systems. He is a member of several professional bodies, including the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET), the International Association of Engineers (IAENG), and the Ghana Institution of Engineering (GhIE).
