The Takoradi Technical University Governing Council during its maiden meeting after inauguration, has appointed Prof. Eng. Ebenezer Boakye as the Pro Vice Chancellor of the university.
This follows Prof. Eng. Boakye’s winning of an earlier competitive election contested by three other formidable and respected candidates.
His officially appointed by council paves way for full commencement of his duties and expected to strengthen the leadership of TTU to execute the academic and administrative vision.
The Governing Council also ratified the appointment of several other key office holders, including Deans, Directors, and Heads of Department across the University.
