The Office of the Dean of Students' Affairs

The Office of the Dean of Students’ Affairs is generally responsible for the welfare of Junior Members (students) of the University in relation to their academic, residential, health, psychological and social matters.

It also liaises between the offices of the Vice Chancellor, Registrar, the Hall Wardens/Administrators and the Students’ Representative Council (SRC) in matters affecting students. The Dean of Students’ Affairs Office, again, has oversight responsibility for ensuring that the University Health Centre, Sports and Guidance and Counseling units work harmoniously to meet the expectations of the entire university community in order to bring decorum to bear on social life and academic performance.

The Students’ Affairs Office is headed by the Dean who receives complaints, information and petitions on daily basis from students, members of the university community and concerned citizens, is expected to address them appropriately.

Everything that I learned at TTU really helped put me above the competition in the field of mechanical engineering.
