Our Mandate
The Directorate of Research, Innovation and Consultancy (DRIC) is responsible for promoting and coordinating all research, innovation, and consultancy activities of the university. It facilitates the translation of research outcomes into products, services and solutions for industry and society.
DRIC works to build research capacity among staff and students, manages external research grants, and fosters partnerships with industry, government, and international research bodies.

Coordination of internal and external research grant applications and management.
Innovation & Entrepreneurship
Support for staff and student innovation projects and technology transfer.
Consultancy Services
Facilitating consultancy engagements between TTU experts and industry clients.
Publication Support
Assistance with academic publishing, peer review and the TTU Journal.
