Department of Tourism Management
The Department of Tourism Management trains students in destination management, tour operations, cultural tourism, eco-tourism and tourism policy. Graduates are equipped to manage tourism enterprises and promote Ghana's rich heritage and natural attractions.
Programmes Offered
HND Tourism Management
A three-year Higher National Diploma in tour operations, destination management, ecotourism, hospitality services and tourism entrepreneurship.
Entry: WASSCE with credits in English, Mathematics and three elective subjects.
Diploma in Tourism Management
A two-year Diploma providing foundation-level training in tourism operations, travel services and visitor management.
Entry: WASSCE with passes in English, Mathematics and three subjects.
B.Tech Tourism Management
A four-year degree in destination management, tour operations, cultural and eco-tourism, tourism policy and sustainable tourism development.
Entry: HND Tourism Management or related qualification.
