The Department of Electrical/Electronic Engineering trains students in power systems, electronics, control systems, telecommunications and instrumentation. Graduates contribute to Ghana's energy sector, manufacturing industry and the growing technology ecosystem.

Diploma in Electrical and Electronic Engineering

Diploma 2 years DIPEEE

A two-year Diploma providing foundational training in electrical circuits, basic electronics, electrical installation and safety.

Entry: WASSCE with passes in English, Mathematics, Physics and two other subjects.

B.Tech Electrical/Electronic Engineering Technology

A four-year degree in power systems engineering, electronics, control systems, telecommunications and instrumentation for Ghana's growing energy and technology …

Entry: HND Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related qualification.

HND Electrical/Electronic Engineering

HND 3 years HNDEEE

A three-year HND covering power systems, electronics, electrical installations, control and instrumentation, and industrial automation.

Entry: WASSCE with credits in English, Mathematics, Physics and two other electives.

M.Tech Power Production Systems and Integration

Masters 2 years MTPPSI

A two-year postgraduate programme covering advanced power systems, renewable energy integration, smart grids, power electronics and energy management.

Entry: First degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related discipline.
