The Department of Building Technology trains students in building construction, project management, quantity surveying, structural analysis and building services. Graduates are equipped to manage construction projects and contribute to Ghana's rapidly developing built environment.

Entry: HND Building Technology or related qualification.
HND Building Technology
A three-year HND providing practical training in building construction, site management, reading and interpreting drawings, and construction supervision.
Entry: WASSCE with credits in English, Mathematics, Physics and two other electives.
HND Plumbing and Gas Technology
A three-year HND providing competency-based training in plumbing systems, gas installation, pipe fitting, sanitary engineering and water supply management.
Entry: WASSCE with credits in English, Mathematics, Physics and two other electives.
Master of Construction Management
A two-year postgraduate programme in advanced construction project management, contracts management, cost engineering and sustainable construction practice.
Entry: First degree in Building Technology, Civil Engineering or related discipline.
