These Statutes are derived from powers conferred on the Takoradi Technical University Council by the Technical Universities Act, 2016 (Act 922) as amended by Technical Universities (Amendment) Act, 2018 (Act 974) and with guidelines from the National Council for Tertiary Education. In the exercise of the powers conferred by Section 26 of the Act as amended, these statutes are made this Thursday 3rd December, 2020.
