Purchasing and Supply

Mr. Isaac Fofie Opoku, HOD

The programme, Purchasing and Supply, was introduced in the Polytechnic in 1993 under the Accountancy Department. A Marketing Unit, however, was created in 1997 in response to the growing student population in the two programmes.  In September 2001, the Unit was given a full department status and called the Marketing, Purchasing and Supply Department.  However, in September 2006, the Purchasing Unit was given full departmental status, called Purchasing and Supply Department. This Department is staffed with full time qualified lecturers and professionals with Masters Degree.
